How can my club join the Alliance?

So you want to join Pern Alliance, huh? PA 2.0 has a slightly different process for applying for membership as a club representative.

Here's the steps to joining:

1. Register for the PA forum , and have your representatives do so as well. It really helps if everyone's signed up before you apply for membership.
2. At the top of the page, under the "Pern Alliance" title, look for a link that says Usergroups click there, and choose Club Representatives
3. Click on the Join Group button*
4. Once you and your reps have done this, send an email to PernMods-owner@yahoogroups.com with your name, club URL and description (short, no more than one line), and the usernames of all your reps: for now, we're limiting club representatives to two slots** per club. This may be subject to change.

If you're having trouble with the Usergroups, that's okay; just send us an email and we'll add you manually, but be aware that this can take slightly longer.

*Please note: if you join the Usergroup without sending an email to the Permmods-owner address listed above, you will not be approved, and your request will be denied. We have to know who you actually are.

**This is two slots TOTAL. If the club owner is a representative, then there is one more slow available.
